Press Release Body = Dr. James LaRocque, HTS Group Leader at Wyeth Research in Collegeville, PA will present on "The Transfer of Knowledge from HTS Using Activity Base & Spotfire" at GTCbio's 2nd Assay Development & High Throughput Screening Conference on May 31-June 1 in Boston, MA.
Wyeth Screening Sciences has collaborated with IDBS and Spotfire to bring together a comprehensive analysis of HTS results. We have developed, with Spotfire, custom guided analytics to access and pull together plate based statistics, controls and sample results, generated and stored in Activity Base. These tools have enabled us to gain efficiency in our daily data analysis and interpretation. The guides provide a structured process to perform complete campaign level population statistics and help build a campaign review presentation with graphic visualizations to demonstrate the rigor of the HTS results and transfer the knowledge gained as a foundation for lead generation.
GTCbio's 2nd Assay Development & High Throughput Screening Conference on May 31-June 1 will take place at the Omni Parker House in downtown Boston, MA. The meeting will be held concurrently with GTCbio's 2nd Protein Kinases in Drug Discovery Conference.
